Simon Arkless bought the car from Mike Lewis in 1964 and proved a very capable driver at circuits around the UK. The car was later changed back to road specification and advertised through the Chequered Flag garage in Chiswick.

At the 1963 Six Hour Relay, WSMs 201 and 206 competed as part of Sprite teams, securing 8th overall.
