WSM 3000

Malcolm Bridgeland broke his Healey 3000 against the Silverstone pit wall in 1965. He was acquainted with WSM designs and took the wreck to Delta Garage to re-body.

The design incorporated a steep windscreen angle to accommodate Malcolm, and Peels of Kingston completed the bodyshell. Peter Jackson, Delta manager, at the wheel outside Delta Garage prior to delivery.

With Michael Levy in 1966, then Peter Welsh from 1967 to 2010, the car saw stage rally competition and road work, but was stored in Gloucestershire until auctioned in March 2011.

Robert Waterhouse is the current owner. The WSM 3000 won the Bespoke class at the London Concours at the Honourable Artillery Company in June 2023.
